It helps gently notice which source of well-being is particularly important for you right now: positive emotions, engagement, relationships, meaning, achievements, or their balance.
Answer with your first response and do not try to pick the "right" option. There are no good or bad results here — there are different ways to support yourself, navigate difficult periods, and feel life more fully.
