Check if your relaxation truly helps you recover – or if it just looks like a pause between tasks.

Sometimes it seems that you are resting: you lie down on the couch, open the feed, pour yourself some tea, cancel a couple of tasks. But by the evening, for some reason, you don't feel any better, and inside, the list of tasks, anxiety, and the thought that "you should do something useful" still buzzes.

This test is not about the perfect balance and not about the fact that you are "relaxing incorrectly". It's more about a mindful look at your habits: can you switch off, do you allow yourself a break without feeling guilty, and are you actually able to restore your energy.

Answer as it usually happens. Without heroism and without trying to choose the "right" option: good rest starts with honesty to yourself.
